Customs Law
The firm furnishes counseling and representation concerning Customs matters at ports throughout the United States, including, but not limited to the areas of tariff classification and appraisement of imported merchandise; duty drawback; establishment and operation of bonded warehouses and Foreign Trade Zones; inspection and control of imported goods; and Customs enforcement matters, including civil and criminal Customs penalties, regulatory audits, merchandise seizures, license revocation proceedings, and liquidated damages claims. The firm represents clients in Customs matters before the United States Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and in related matters before other Federal courts.
