Neville Peterson assists clients in proceedings before the United States International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the Tariff Act, and in related litigation before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, the firm assists trademark and copyright holders in recording their intellectual property with United States Customs and Border Protection for import protection. We also represent companies in matters relating to the detention and seizure of goods for intellectual property rights violations, including anti-counterfeiting proceedings under Section 526 of the Tariff Act, and in the regulation of gray market goods.
